Hello amazing volunteers, thank you for signing up to volunteer at the State of the City! I'm requesting that volunteers show up at 5pm instead of 5:30 so we can have extra time to prepare. Please meet me at the ticket booth in the Performing Arts Center. My cell is 512-633-2251 in case you need to contact me beforehand. Remember, dress is business casual and wear comfortable shoes. Thank you for your help, see you Monday!
