Join Brooke Elementary Lions and community leaders like Olympian Raaisin McIntosh to support Brooke Elementary. Volunteer projects will include mulching the beautiful large sycamore trees and fruit trees, scattering Bluebonnet seeds, painting a mural, enhancing the bunny habitat and more.

Please wear comfortable shoes, clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, sunscreen and bring work gloves and a reusable water bottle.

We will also take time to relax and play in this park-like setting. We will have art easels for fun painting, the playground and track will be open to the community & students are happy to introduce you to the chickens, bunnies and ducks. Bring a picnic blanket, a ball, a frisbee, a good book, etc and come enjoy this urban oasis.

You will enter the Brooke Green Schoolyard Park from the East 4th Street side of campus.

Volunteers will get It's My Park Day tshirts, KIND bars, a list of businesses that are giving discounts or freebies to It's My Park Day vols on Nov 2 & we will have a door prize drawing.
