A child's chance for a bright tomorrow starts with getting enough healthy food to eat today.

Located on-site at the Regional Food Bank, volunteers prepare and pack fresh, healthy meals for the Regional Food Bank's Summer Feeding, Kids Café  and Senior Servings Programs.

Hope's Kitchen tends to be cold, so you may want to bring a warm jacket.

Volunteers must be at least 12 years old. Volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult

Requirement Details
We are so excited to have you volunteer in Hope's Kitchen! Below are a few requirements for you to review before your volunteer shift:
Please wear closed-toed shoes. This requirement is for safety reasons. Individuals wearing flip flops, sandals or any shoes where toes are exposed will be unable to volunteer.
Please wear your hair pulled back. All volunteers will be asked to wear hairnets and appropriate food safety attire. 
If you're under 18, please fill out a Parental Consent Form and bring it with you. If you're under 16, you must have an adult over the age of 21 to volunteer with you.
