This has ended. If you attended, let the organizer know by recording your Impact!

The League of Women Voters fo the SA Area will present more findings from the work of their Committee on Economic Inequity.
This will be the third of four one-hour virtual forums. Previous forums have presented an overview on the inequity that currently exists and of the contributions that our tax policies have made to it. The second dealt with education and childcare. This will look at a range of issues that exist in the workplace and the role that criminal justice plays in creating inequity.

The gap between the economic elite and everyone else-poor, working class, and even upper class-has grown over recent decades and continues to grow. This trend threatens our democracy, our economic wellbeing and our professed values as a country. Join us as we share what we have learned over the past year of research on the factors that contribute to this problem.
