About

Join your neighbors and fellow park lovers as we spruce up the Country Club Creek Hike and Bike Trail! We'll spend a little time in the incredible wilderness of the greenbelt enjoying birdsong and removing the terribly invasive Waxy Leaf Privet, known as ligustrum, and improve the recreational area. Tee shirts will be provided for our awesome volunteers. WE will provide tools and gloves, but PLEASE bring a water bottle and wear closed toed shoes and appropriate work clothing. We'll meet at the CCC Greenbelt Trailhead just south of the end of Pleasant Valley Rd about 9:00 and work till about noon. Street parking is available. Thank You for helping make this east Austin destination even more Awesome on It's My Park Day!
