Leave No Trace Cleanup at the Greenbelt with the Rangers

You love the Greenbelt, right? Come join us for a morning of service, learning, and fun! For It's My Park Day the City of Austin Park Rangers will be leading a cleanup of the Barton Creek Greenbelt. We'll start at the Twin Falls Trailhead (3918 S MoPac Expy, Austin, TX 78746) at 9am for a talk about Leave No Trace ethics and then we'll hike the trail and pick up trash along the way to Twin Falls and beyond. We'll supply tools and gloves, you just show up ready to hike and make a positive impact in our park. Leave No Trace Principle #1: Plan Ahead and Prepare. Bring water and wear appropriate outdoor clothing/shoes. Yeah - you'll get the T-shirt AND the warm fuzzy feelings you get from making the world a better place. See you there!

GIRL SCOUTS: You've Registered here but you'll be meeting at the Spyglass Trailhead 1601 Spyglass Dr 78704 at 9am. We'll have tools, gloves, t-shirts and Rangers there for you at 9am-12pm.
