Description
The West Bouldin Creek Greenbelt features about 3 miles of trails, thanks to an Austin Parks Foundation grant. We need to maintain them by removing encroaching vegetation. We'll also take the occasion to collect trash and do general maintenance - remove nandina, ligustrum and chinaberry trees.
This is a great project for families.
Requirements
We will be walking on uneven terrain and need to cross a creek on rock hops to get to the trails.
Long sleeved shirts, long pants and sturdy boots are recommended.
We will provide work gloves.
