About

Are you looking for a landscaping project that will protect trees and encourage drought-tolerant plants, and will be seen by hundreds of students, parents, and teachers each day? Sunset Valley Elementary school (SVE) is looking for volunteers for a much-needed landscaping makeover to its 40-year-old campus, and is excited to team up with Be the Change volunteers, its own teachers, parents, and students, and the City of Sunset Valley. Projects will include removal of invasive plants, creating new flower beds, and protecting established trees from drought conditions with mulch and compost.
