Description

Make a difference at the Fayetteville Public Library! Each year, volunteers help the library with general fall cleaning. Projects are driven by tasks needed at the time, but include (weather permitting) sweeping the grounds at the front entrance, weeding the garden area on the terrace, and assisting with leaf pick up. If the weather does not cooperate, all projects will be completed in doors.

This year volunteers will also be helping the Children's Library by moving small furniture and book bins (on casters/wheels) back to the Children's library floor after a special Saturday performance from 12:00-1:00pm.

It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing that you can bend and stoop in, and to wear close-toed shoes as tasks will involve light physical activity and moving about across the facility.

We hope you can join us!
