  • Mentors work with students at our learning centers after school (minimum 2 hours, once a week). Each mentor is paired with a student and helps them with homework, meeting academic goals, and encouraging character development (K-5th grade).
  • This is a commitment to mentor weekly throughout the semester!
  • First-time volunteers must visit ylfr.org/mentor to access our application and register for a training session before you begin mentoring.
