*School of Law - Community Service

About

School of Law Community Service is defined as volunteer work performed by law students for which they receive no academic credit and no compensation, which is approved in advance by the Faculty Director of Pro Bono and Community Engagement Programs. School of Law Community Service provides opportunities exclusively for law students.

The Faculty Director of the Pro Bono and Community Engagement Programs at the School of Law Community Service has approved all opportunities posted in the School of Law – Community Service subgroup in GivePulse. In addition, GivePulse lists many additional community service opportunities.

The University of Arkansas, Center for Community Engagement will recognize law students for their participation in community service activities. The Center will track law students’ participation in law school community service related events, and recognize students who have completed the requisite hours through the Center’s Volunteer Service Awards.
