Guided by our motto, “Empowering Communities, Creating Opportunities,” the Footprint STEM Exploratory invites students grades 6th – 8th on an exciting journey where STEM meets real-world adventure! Young explorers will discover how science, technology, engineering, and math can help design better neighborhoods and communities. Through fun, hands-on challenges, students will explore real estate development, renewable energy, urban design, green and sustainable building, entrepreneurship, money management, and community development while imagining what their own communities could look like in the future.

Students will strengthen leadership, teamwork, communication, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills while learning from professionals and community partners. Footprint's goal is to spark curiosity and help students begin seeing themselves as future engineers, architects, planners, entrepreneurs, inventors, developers, and community leaders who can turn big ideas into real opportunities and help create healthier, safer, and more vibrant communities.
