Iranian Students Association

About

The primary purpose of the Iranian Student Association (ISA) is to promote an understanding of Persian culture by providing a means whereby members of the University of Arkansas community may meet Iranian students, foster friendship among different groups, learn from each other, and enjoy social and cultural events and programs which affect their educational, intellectual, physical, and social welfare. The ISA also identifies and integrates the Iranian community in Northwest Arkansas with Iranian students and faculty and assists new Iranian students by welcoming them to the UA, picking them up from the airport, and providing them with temporary accommodation upon arrival.

Is there any celebrations on March 13th in the Springdale/Fayetteville area for Charshanbe soori?
Hi Bill, I believe that is hosted by a community member (not UofA). Please email Dr. Mirdamadi at ymirdam@uark.edu for more details. Thanks — Mohsen Dadashi Mohsen Dadashi on March 12, 2018
