At the wedding I was able to volunteer by helping the staff with greeting guest, serving appetizers and also cleaning up after the festivities. It was a great experience that helped me build more team working skills and also how to communicate with people from all backgrounds. I also got to learn how other cultures execute their weddings and compare it with my traditional culture.
Had fun conserving energy by turning the lights off and doing the social media challenges was a great way to keep people in a good mood.
Enjoyed working with local police Department to educate the community on the importance of building a relationship with the police.
Lots of animals that need love, many people should volunteer
Had fun turning of lights, meeting new people, and playing the trivia game!
Had fun at Brooke elementary working with the kindergartners, they are so eager to learn!
At the Aids walk we helped pass out water to the runners and cheered them on. I actually got to speak to people my age who were battling with AIDS and it gave me motivation to be grateful for my health and to do more to bring awareness to AIDS
I enjoyed learning about the different kinds of plants that are available to the community and that produce fresh foods.
