This was a great way to receive volunteer hours. I loved helping out with the summit and getting to meet some of the ULN 18 students. I was also able to hear some of the speakers which was really rewarding.

I volunteered at Alpha Xi Delta's Taco Xi benefitting Autism Speaks. I helped organize and prepare for this event. Some oft he things I did were, watch the food distribution area, return sound equipment, decorate, and setting out tables, food, other necessities. I think it went well and everyone in attendance had a great time.
This event was beyond my expectations. I loved how many different community members all joined together in helping to beautify this garden. I learned quite a few things about gardening and plants and also met some great people who love the volunteer.
Volunteering at the Trail of Lights was incredible! I had never been and the lights were beautiful. All of the volunteers and staff were all so friendly. I loved working and making crafts with the kids. Although it got hectic at times, it got me in the Christmas spirit!
The Taco Xi event, helped raise money for Autism Speaks. I helped take money at the front gate. I also helped clean up when I saw trash around. I directed people towards the food and drinks. It was amazing how many people showed up to support such a great cause.
I volunteered at Walk Now for Autism Speaks. We helped wherever needed; such as registration and the boutique booth. We also cheered and supported the families and friends who walked and brought awareness for people with autism. It was very eye opening and heart warming to see the love of all the families and friends.
