During this time, I continued host nonprofit tech club present programs, to handle the NTEN RSVP platform and related social media postings, and I began scheduling programs for 2020 including reaching out to potential speakers and working with Capital Factory on monthly venue dates.

I continued to manage the club's online platform, develop and send out eblasts to fellow members, to update the Facebook page, to identify speakers, and to attend in person.
I continued to spend time posting information on the main website and on our Facebook group page, visiting with guest speakers, sending out emails (once weekly), attending/setting up events in person, interfacing with our sponsors Capital Factory and Trianon Coffee, and responding to questions.
During May and June, I continued to dialogue with potential guest speakers, to update and manage our NTEN platform profile page, social media including our Facebook page, and to attend events in person requiring travel from my home in the Hill Country downtown to Capital Factory.
As the primary coordinator and online platform manager for #NPTechClubATX, I develop a program listing, and I maintain core files for the team in Google Drive, and update them as new information becomes available. I interface with speakers from the beginning of discussions through their program and any necessary follow-up. I create/distribute routine emails to the entire chapter on Fridays and the day before each event. I work with Trianon Coffee to secure speaker gifts, and Capital Factory on logistics and program management before, during and after programs occur. I share information about programs on my own social media platforms, and on the group Facebook page. I create and manage/update an Adobe Spark video for each year's programs and to thank our guest speakers and to showcase our programs. I update the club's logo annually using Adobe Spark.
I enjoyed working in the office, helping to update donor records online and preparing a new member mailing.
