This was such a short and sweet service opportunity. This was my first time doing the Free Minds Writing workshop and I definitely see myself taking part in another one in the future!

I was able to spend time with the boys this Saturday and really expand upon what it means to be a mentor for these boys. During Academic time, I had a conversation with one of the Brothers about his drumming program that he created under LPTM. We came up with a game plan that he can execute under the direction of someone else when he graduates.
