I dressed as a blood drop and danced in the Arkansas Union. I promoted the blood drive going on in the union and made people feel excited to donate blood. I provided information about the blood drive and where students should go / how they can save lives.
I volunteered at a middle school and helped teachers with errands and tasks like making copies and cleaning their rooms before Thanksgiving break. I also helped teachers with their projectors and helped organize their papers and graded quizzes for them. I was the school helper. I read to the 5th graders also and talked about the importance of trying in school to be prepared for college.
I attended the service sisterhood after chapter on 11/18/19. We built the box for the care package with tape. We packed a care package for soldiers overseas. We also wrote them a letter to help cheer them up over the Holiday season.
I had so much fun attending the Think Pink Week booths. I passed out the zeta ribbons and danced with my other zetas. I raised awareness for breast cancer education.
I had so much fun setting up the packets for the runners. We tore tickets for the raffle and made sure to put 4 safety pins in the packets. I stuffed runner packets with sponsor info and goodies. Labeled packets with specific runner information. We also unwrapped and organized awards and medals.
Helped stuff the bags for the end of the race. Cleaned the area outside the location. Assembled signs and packed coolers.
