I was part of a group of 4 students who assisted Cobblestone Farms in setting up GPS coordinates to create a map of their farm for future water lines. As well as taking pictures, candid and aerial, to use for promotional needs. Our time with the organization spanned over 4 weeks.

We also spent several hours assisting in the planting of leeks and onions.

    Teach Ag Day
From 8:30 am to 12:30 pm I was able to spend time with local High School students with an interest in pursuing a degree in Ag Education. They sat in on my first class where we taught them the importance of educating the public about the world of agriculture and exposed them to what a college class can feel like. After which we walked them to lunch and answered any questions they had and attempted to encourage them to not only join our University but also to inspire them to teach future generations about ag.
