In the morning, I made bags for individuals of their daily necessities that included clothes, shoes, hats, backpacks, batteries, and toiletries. I also handed out coffee to the residents and had conversations with them there. I enjoyed my time there and will be going back for the next 5 weeks!

We got food and toys ready for the Holiday Give-A-Way at the Robert Jack Veterans of Foreign Wars.
For our service sisterhood event, we made care packages for troops overseas. I thought this was a great idea because the troops need these items more than we do. It shows how the little things we do makes a big impact on someone else.
I volunteered at the Dillards Service Project for Breast Cancer Education and Awareness for our Think Pink week. I really liked how Dillards donated $2 for any bra you tried on. The next week, I passed out flyers to people in the store and talked about how Dillards is doing a "Fit for the Cure" event.
I helped girls move-in for rush! It was fun to see how excited they were about the whole process.
I went to Butterfield Trail Village and helped the residents with their technological problems! I had fun interacting with them and hearing the their stories!
I made stockings and care packages for our deployed troops.
