I had a really nice time being (for the most part) a data collector. Essentially, I was recording which plants were in the area and helping to determine how much of each plant there was in the area. In addition to me personally learning more about some plants on Texas soil, the work that I've done contributes to Texas obtaining research data in regards to its wildlife.
